Q: How can I recover a lost account and password?
A:

Enter your username and email address in this page. Our system will automatically generate a new password and send to your email address; if you can't remember your username, contact Customer Service and advise us of your real name. We'll recover your account info mannually and send them to your email.

 

 

Q: Must I be a member to shop?
A:

You don't have to be a member to shop, but you'll lose the opportunity to accumulate bonus points that can redeem unlimited cash and other free member benefits. It's very easy to join our membership. Simply review and agree to our terms & conditions and fill in some basic information, that's it!

 

 

Q: When will I receive the goods after I placed an order?
A:
We aim to deliver on the same day the payment is confirmed so that you may recieve the goods on the next day. Otherwise, your product will be delivered to door within 7 working days (not including weekends & holidays).
 

 

Q: What are your delivery options and fee?
A:
  • We deliver to the address you specified via registered courier services such as HCT or postal service whichever deemed a better one for your shipment; if you are purchasing for outside of Taiwan, please provide an address within Taiwan; make sure that you will be able to sign off the delivered package - no PO Box.
  • Delivery is FREE with an order of NT$ 800 and above; however, for orders less than NT$800 shipping and handling fee is a flat rate NT$80 per order. You may also purchase an additional gift bag.

Each transaction goes directly to the bank (such as Bank of KaoSiung) via the 128bit SSL encription technology. NO ONE will be able to see your credit card information. in-Parenting and its e-commerce service provider in no way could see your credit card information nor could we keep it!

 

 

Q: How do you handle defective/return products?
A:

For defective/return products, please contact our Customer Service. Our 7-days return policy allows you to return or exchange products due to product defects or other reasons, however, we do not accept returns due to like or dislike of the products. Please ensure that the products you order is exactly the product you want. If a returned product does not appear to have any defects, the consumer will have to pay for the cost incurred. Furthermore, any returned product will not be accepted if they do not have intact product, product packaging, user manual, spare parts, and other attached labels. You will be refunded (or exchange for products) after returned product has been inspected.

Note: We do not accept product return or exchange 7 days after receipt of products, please check your products upon receipt.

 

 

Q: Do you give out receipt for companies?
A:
Yes, please enter your company name and registration number in the "Add Comments About Your Order" while checking out the order. Please ensure the information you have given is correct as we are not able to change the receipt after it's been issued.
