因從小移民美國 2000 年返國結婚生子後，覺得國內幼兒發展資源不足，因而尋得一英國組織 Birthlight，取得其嬰兒瑜珈 (Baby Yoga) 及嬰兒水中律動 (Baby Aqua) 師資認證，希望在教自己的寶寶之餘也能分享給他人，讓台灣有更多更快樂的媽媽與寶寶。
